ประธานบอร์ด ททท.ชี้ ยอดจองการท่องเที่วยวเริ่มกระเตื้อง แต่ยังหวั่นเมื่อพ้นไฮซีซั่นจะสะดุดลงเหมือมเดิม เร่งหาแผนรับมือระยะยาว นายวีระศักดิ์ โควสุรัตน์ ประธานบอร์ดการท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย (ททท.) บอกว่า แนวโน้มของการท่องเที่ยวเริ่มส่งสัญญาณบวกเนื่องจาก ยอดจองการท่องเที่ยวในช่วงปลายปีเริ่มเข้ามาต่อเนื่อง ทำให้คาดว่าทิศทางการท่องเที่ยวในปีหน้าน่าจะมีการขยายตัว อย่างไรก็ตาม ผู้ประกอบการด้านการท่องเที่ยว ยังคงต้องเตรียมพร้อมรับมือกับปัญหาการท่องเที่ยวที่จะกลับมาอีกครั้ง หลังจากช่วงไฮซีซันในต้นปีหน้า ทำซีอาร์เอ็ม เก็บข้อมูลนักท่องเที่ยว ส่วนตลาดดั้งเดิม จากยุโรป จะต้องมีการเก็บข้อมูลหรือรายละเอียดของนักท่องเที่ยวจากตลาดดังกล่าว และทำซีอาร์เอ็ม โดยใช้ระบบไอทีเข้ามาเป็นเครื่องมือสำคัญ ซึ่งเร็วๆ นี้ ททท.เตรียมออกเว็บไซต์ใหม่ที่ใช้ระบบออนไลน์ และจีพีเอสในการดูแลและให้บริการนักท่องเที่ยวต่างชาติอีกด้วย ขณะที่ตลาดศูนย์กลางด้านเศรษฐกิจ จะใช้การขยายตัวแทนประเทศไทยในประเทศต่างๆ ดังกล่าวให้ครอบคลุมมากขึ้น และตลาดระยะสั้น (Short haul) จะใช้การตั้งเป้าหมายในคุณภาพ แทนปริมาณ รวมทั้งปรับดัชนีชี้วัดออกมาใหม่ให้สอดคล้องอีกด้วย ที่มา:กรุงเทพธุรกิจ
